One of the most popular films of all-time is getting a special re-release. 1997′s Titanic will be coming back to theatres on April 6, 2012, which is the 100th Anniversary of when the Titanic made its first and only historic sea voyage.
Director James Cameron states “There’s a whole generation that’s never seen Titanic as it was meant to be seen, on the big screen.” The 2012 re-release will be out in 3-D, meaning it will be seen as literally nobody has been able to see it before so it will offer something new for die-hard Titanic fans as well as newbies. 2012 is also the 100th Anniversary of Paramount Studios, which is the producer of the film.
“Where the Smurf are we?”. That’s the tag line from the upcoming new big-screen adaptation of The Smurfs, based on the classic cartoon series from the 1980′s. It turns out Avatar does not have an exclusive on CGI blue characters in movie theatres!
